Business Process Intelligence Specialist


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting process mining and operational analytics initiatives, focusing on preparing and transforming operational data for use in process analytics.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the evaluation of process mining platforms and design/implement process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources and translate them into event logs.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
