Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, financial, and project management support. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a senior role and contribute to the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a virtual executive assistant role, with a strong background in finance, including financial modeling and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). They will possess excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and editing abilities, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities will include drafting reports, managing confidential data, assisting with financial analysis, and transitioning into a Chief of Staff-type role to help optimize business operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all activities.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a virtual executive assistant role
- 1+ years of experience interacting with corporate finance, including financial modeling and tracking KPIs
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency
- Excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and editing abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
