Customer Engagement Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Engagement Expert to spearhead our email, SMS, and push marketing channels. This is a full-time remote role.

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in crafting data-driven, on-brand messaging that drives engagement, conversion, and retention.

The Role

As a Customer Engagement Expert, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer communication across multiple channels while continuously optimizing campaigns and automations to drive revenue and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Leading the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the CX team to enhance customer communications.
  • Designing detailed briefs for the Content team.
  • Continuously testing and experimenting with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements.
  • Partnering with the Product team to ensure high-priority items receive appropriate visibility in email campaigns.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all key email and CRM metrics.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing.
  • Expertise in copywriting and creating messages that convert.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
  • Strong communication skills who can manage briefs, coordinate across teams, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore.
  • Strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
