Job Opportunity: Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and case studies that clearly communicate our value proposition and capabilities.

Your primary focus will be on design and visual storytelling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop visually engaging materials that resonate with global clients.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all design output adheres to our brand identity and visual standards across presentations and sales materials.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success. As a Visual Communication Specialist, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new business pitches to creating client-specific versions of master templates.

Responsibilities
  • Design and visualize complex data, research findings, and campaign results into clear, engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and case studies.
  • Develop and refine mock-ups or prototypes for key presentations based on feedback from leads.
  • Stay current on presentation design trends, storytelling best practices, and emerging tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Slides, including the ability to adapt existing templates and build custom slides.
  • A strong design portfolio with emphasis on presentation design.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
