About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Recruitment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and screening volunteers for clinical trials, scheduling consent and screening appointments, and using the company's database to contact previous volunteers.
  • The role requires strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to all clients, while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and screen volunteers for clinical trials.
  • Schedule consent and screening appointments for eligible volunteers.
  • Use the company's database to contact previous volunteers and recruit them for studies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism on every call.
Requirements

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related course (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.).
  • Contact center experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job is preferable.
