Channel Partnership Growth Strategist

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and leading the development of a repeatable marketing engine to convert traffic into qualified leads.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute a partner strategy to generate 6-8 new leads per month sourced or influenced by partners.
- Cultivate active, producing partners with at least six NetSuite Account Executives regularly bringing in business.
- Improve website lead conversion rates to at least 2.0% and MQL to SQL conversion rates to at least 30%.
- Create named customer stories and secure public reviews.
- Establish a quarterly webinar schedule and co-host industry events.
- Document playbooks and repeatable processes.
- Partner Strategy & Operations: Develop an ICP, tiering framework, recruiting playbook, and referral structure.
- Growth Marketing Engine: Create a content calendar, optimize the website, manage events, and develop customer marketing initiatives.
- Core Processes: Establish key processes like lead registration, co-selling, partner onboarding, webinar execution, and customer story collection.
- 3 to 5 years of SDR experience.
- Fluency in the NetSuite ecosystem and experience in partner management and marketing.
- Comfort with CRM and marketing operations.
- US Working Hours; Remote.
