About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team as a Growth Marketing Specialist, focusing on planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Ba lancing affiliate marketing programs by collaborating with influencers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Executing lead generation campaigns using inbound and outbound strategies, refining lead scoring and nurturing processes in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Growing and engaging brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Planning and managing programmatic display, video, and native ad campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI through DSP platforms.
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance and ROI, using data to inform testing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and managing influencer partnerships.
  • A solid understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or D2C environments.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, SEMrush, or Sprout Social.
