Social Media Manager/Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager/Strategist to lead our brand's online presence. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for creating engaging content and building strong online communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and write compelling, platform-specific content for social media channels, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Communications: Manage collaborations with influencers and Amazon affiliates, crafting personalized messages to build trust and community.
  • Audience Growth: Proactively grow our target audience by engaging with relevant content, increasing visibility, and building genuine connections.
  • Content Planning: Collaborate with the Founder to co-develop the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and upcoming campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and ensure the brand remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Creative & Strategic Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, and thoughtful influencer outreach.
  • Visual & Editing Proficiency: Skilled in creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with proficiency in Canva and the ability to produce visually cohesive content from scratch.
  • Organizational & Planning Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build and manage content calendars, plan ahead for campaigns, and organize UGC and influencer content in a structured, timely, and strategic manner.
