About the Position

This high-level management role focuses on implementing effective training processes, ensuring superior workforce preparation and continual performance improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Select, train, develop, and manage performance of a team; provide prompt coaching and counseling; plan, assign, and coordinate work effectively
  • Develop, oversee, and execute new hire, continuing education, program-specific training, and other necessary training initiatives
  • Implement successful local training needs including resource planning, measuring program effectiveness, and managing trainer attrition efficiently
  • Utilize creative presentation and facilitation skills, incorporating adult learning techniques and diverse training delivery methods in a classroom setting
  • Maintain strong communication with managers, peers, operations, and clients through day-to-day interaction
  • Foster strategic partnerships with operations, business units, resource groups, and clients
  • Provide ongoing classroom observations, guidance, mentoring, and support focusing on performance improvement among direct reports
  • Ensure timely completion of daily administrative tasks such as tracking student data, timekeeping, and other required tasks accurately
  • Oversee learners' progress within the program, including attendance monitoring, readiness recommendations, and providing developmental feedback
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably with over seven years of relevant experience and two to four years of progressive management experience
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for presenting information effectively
  • A proven ability to mentor, coach, and guide a team of employees is vital
  • Knowledge of general operating policies and procedures is advantageous
  • A flexible schedule is required
