As a skilled training professional, you will be responsible for delivering and evaluating soft and technical skills training to equip staff with the necessary knowledge and expertise. This role involves creating, facilitating, and revising training materials and documents to meet the evolving needs of our business.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members. They will also be able to fill out accurate reports, provide feedback and coaching to trainees, and oversee new hire progression and enhancement training.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a trainer or in a related field
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop solutions and process improvements
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a shifting or graveyard schedule
