Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our business process excellence strategy roadmap as a Procurement Business Process Specialist.

This role is responsible for conducting internal assessments, defining current-state processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization.

The incumbent will also benchmark industry best practices and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute training sessions in-person and virtually to enhance the skills of Procurement associates globally.
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of training completion to meet aspirational training goals for strategic sourcing processes and enhanced sourcing tools.
  • Coordinate communication efforts around individual development plans (IDPs) for the Procurement team.
  • Support the execution of process improvement initiatives to deliver standardization and consistency across the global Procurement footprint.
  • Conduct internal assessments to define current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related Operational function preferred.
  • Must have 6-7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related operational function.
  • Strong financial/statistical analysis and organization skills.
  • Microsoft Access/Excel skills and/or other database programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze/ review orders and drive process efficiencies.
