Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries via chat, email and phone.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Resolving support tickets from initiation to resolution
  • Escalating issues to subject matter experts when needed
  • Updating support content (FAQs, user guides) based on recurring issues and product updates
  • Auditing and reviewing AI Bot responses to assure iterative improvements in the support function.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Ticket Management: Logging, tracking, and resolving customer tickets promptly.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnosing and fixing issues, ensuring seamless hand-offs for complex cases.
  • Working with technical teams to manage escalations and ensure effective resolution.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recent graduate or 2+ years in customer solutions, preferably in tech or healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
