Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team, focusing on identifying and qualifying high-potential small business leads across various channels. Your primary role will be to engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs, conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior business finance specialists to hand off qualified leads, improve outreach strategies, and conversion processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a focus on delivering value
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is desirable
