Job Title

A Virtual Operations Assistant is needed to manage the ordering and fulfillment process of our nurse entrepreneurs.

  • Manage supplies operations, including registering new accounts and monitoring incoming orders.
  • Place supplier orders, reconcile daily between platform orders and supplier orders, and provide customer service via email for lost or incorrectly placed orders.

This role requires attention to detail and reliability, with a focus on efficiency and execution. Experience working with US customers in a similar role and knowledge of Shopify are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders, fulfill inventory requirements, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of supply levels, orders, and shipments.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the ordering and fulfillment process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to nurse entrepreneurs, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection (10mbps) and quiet workspace required.

Bonus Requirements

  • Prior experience in healthcare/beauty/wellness businesses.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Trello.
  • QA manual testing experience.
