This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to clients. As a Sales and Technical Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include:
">- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of technology and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this position.
Bonus points if you have experience using Zoho One, Jira, Trello, or Confluence, or knowledge of smart home tech (WiFi, CCTV, intercoms, access control, etc.). A quiet home office, strong internet, and your own computer are also desirable.
