ERP Implementation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an ERP implementation specialist. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the end-to-end implementation process of our Enterprise Resource Planning system.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and technical expertise, with experience in implementing ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or Sage. They will be responsible for managing client implementations, ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding process, and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to define implementation plans and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end client implementations, including data migration, system integration, and user training
  2. Analyze client business processes and configure solutions to meet their needs
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define implementation plans and timelines
  4. Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation
  • Must be Certified Public Accountant
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
