Our team is looking for an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to join our dynamic and growing workforce. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementation and Configuration: Support the implementation and configuration of Workday Financials solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Key Requirements
  • Workday Expertise: Possess a good understanding of Workday products, including Financials and Payroll modules.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate excellent customer focus with experience in customer-facing environments.
  • Communication Skills: Develop clear and effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Commercial Awareness: Show commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Workload Management: Plan workload, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality and accuracy.
  • Confidentiality: Adhere to confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.
