Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Support team in delivering exceptional service and support.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who can oversee case assessment, assignment, and resolution while ensuring efficient operations.

  • Lead the team in achieving departmental goals by managing dashboard performance across all PODs.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers to ensure cases are handled according to Thrive standards.
  • Work closely with team members to create knowledge base articles on client interactions and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Conduct regular competency reviews for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, as well as experience in managing complex projects, clients, partners, and organizations.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to prioritize tasks, balance multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing situations. You should also be available to work outside of standard hours when necessary or as part of an on-call rotation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 1-3 years of managerial experience in a call center or managed services environment.
  • Technical expertise in MSP products and Thrive's service catalog.
  • ITIL certification and practice preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing remote teams and resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
