Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional who will facilitate same-day deliveries across the US.

This position reports to the Dispatch Operations Manager and requires strong communication skills, customer service skills, both written and verbal, and ability to adapt to master new software technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Display mastery of CXT dispatch system and other relevant software tools.
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email in order to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a calm, professional tone both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all markets assigned.
  • Provide positive, ongoing feedback to General Managers, City Managers, and Supervisors regarding driver supply needs and the performance of specific drivers.
  • Learn your market(s) ensuring full comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific needs of the market.
  • Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility to work through shift changes as needed including weekends and holidays.

  • Knowledge of Google Office Suite and experience working in a remote environment.
