Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role

Under the direction of the Attorney, the successful candidate will:

  • Review all existing open files and convert them into structured projects.
  • Build and maintain internal status review documentation to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering file updates with a consistent communication cadence.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Recent hands-on experience with project management tools.

Demonstrated experience in project management, office administration, or operations.

Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-friendly tone.
