Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

A career opportunity has arisen for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Professional to join our organization. This role is responsible for supporting a cross-functional team in creating comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Software Testing: Test complex software systems developed in an agile environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Test Planning: Plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Engage in requirements review and story refinement, fostering strong relationships with development teams.
  • Test Execution: Execute test plans by coordinating with team members, identifying defects, and maintaining testing records.
  • Quality Advocacy: Advocate for quality practices and ensure their implementation across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the QA process, collaboration with Development teams, and knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Katalon Automation and AWS.
  • Experience in troubleshooting potential issues and best practices around database operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
