Job Description

The main job of a Quality Associate Manager is to manage productivity of QA teams and aid in their effectiveness. He/she should be conducting transaction auditing sessions and JMS sessions for Q-reps. The goal is to ensure that each member understands company policies and guidelines, keeping the QA's motivated and working as a team. This requires strong organizational qualities, confidence, sound communication and customer service skills, courtesy, patience, and a professional attitude when interacting with the QAs as well as customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare weekly Sampling Plans and share them with the QA team.
  2. Ensure all types of transactions are monitored in assigned programs.
  3. Guarantee three types of audits (Live, Recorded, and Side-by-Side) are conducted according to COPC recommendations.
  4. Evaluate and improve Sampling Adherence, implementing MIPs if necessary.
  5. Track QAs' feedback during call audits to enhance consultants' performance.
  6. Maintain QA accuracy by performing ATA and Calibration checks.
  7. Prepare and share Gage R&R reports.
  8. Offer consulting and advisory services to QAs on parameters during need.
  9. Conduct regular QA reviews and provide input on areas to focus.
  10. Foster collaboration among QAs to conduct NH trainings during Nesting.
  11. Analyze monitoring data to identify program-level issues and opportunities.
  12. Communicate insights and analysis regularly to different teams.
Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical/Professional Skill Set Required
  1. Good knowledge of Quality metrics, measurements, thresholds, and targets.
  2. Understanding of critical and non-critical errors in transactions.
  3. Investigative and business writing skills.
  4. Able to create reports using various tools and applications.
  5. Perform risk analysis to stakeholders' satisfaction.
  6. Basic exposure to statistical tools and approaches, trend analysis & cause analysis.
  7. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
