Support Operations Expert

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business. Your role will involve performing accurate data entry into various platforms, transcribing and migrating information from PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, and job documents into structured formats.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating digital records with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Importing/exporting data between systems.
- Identifying gaps or inefficiencies in processes and contributing to process improvement.
- Creating, writing, and updating your own SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as tasks and systems evolve.
- Researching how to best use the platforms we work with to ensure optimal data handling.
- Collaborating with internal team members to clarify unclear inputs and ensure alignment on expectations.
- Maintaining an organized digital workspace for all assigned records and files.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and digital workflow platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Comfortable researching and experimenting with unfamiliar software platforms.
