Job Title: Customer Success Advocate

Job Description

The customer success advocate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support experiences to clients' customers across diverse communication channels. Their primary responsibility involves responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless interactions.

This position requires strong analytical skills to identify and resolve common concerns efficiently. The customer success advocate will review and process applications, perform booking modifications as requested, and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms
  • Provide assistance and resolution for common Marketplace concerns
  • Review and process pet sitter applications
  • Perform booking modifications as requested by clients or sitters
  • Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues to senior agents or managers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role handling phone, email, and chat
  • Ideal experience working with Australian companies and understanding the Australian market
  • Experience in a startup company is highly valued
  • A genuine passion for pets to empathize with users who share this interest
  • Ability to work from home permanently
