Customer Support Specialist Role

This is a customer-facing role where you will address inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will be the primary point of contact between our organization and customers.

You will provide support to existing customers and prospects, advising them on how to use our software to meet their needs. This includes tracking customer interactions in our CRM system.

In addition to providing direct support, you will also assist our Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers and contribute to the development of our Support Knowledge-base.

About This Role
  • You have experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English.
  • You pay close attention to detail and are able to remember key customer information.
  • You have a growth mindset and are self-motivated in your approach to learning and development.
  • You enjoy working with technology and have experience with CRM systems and other tools used in this role.
