Key Responsibilities of a Financial Operations Specialist

eClerx seeks a detail-oriented and technically proficient specialist to support financial operations. This role involves managing user access to custodial platforms, resolving login issues, maintaining accurate user records, and ensuring timely communication of custodial updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up new users and manage user access across custodial platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve login and access issues in a timely manner.
  • Remove users and maintain accurate access logs and audit trails.
  • Monitor and track custodial communications and updates.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure custodial requirements are met.
  • Maintain documentation of custodial processes and user access protocols.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Excel and capable of synthesizing and summarizing information from custodians for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in financial operations, custodial services, or IT administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
  • Familiarity with custodial platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with access management tools is a plus.
  • Amenable to work in a fixed night shift schedule, during PH holidays, and overtime.
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (temp WFH).
