Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented customer service representative to provide exceptional support in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, translating and communicating clearly across languages, and assisting customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
  • Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow established procedures and protocols for customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred. Must be 18 years or older, high school diploma or GED required, and authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
