Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, text, and social media
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Build a strong understanding of products, procedures, and resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide support and guidance
Requirements:
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skills
  • 12+ months of contact center experience (must be within the last 2 years)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English
  • Language proficiency is B2
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
