Technical Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via chat and email, building long-lasting relationships with customers, meeting key performance indicators, staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, securely handling customer sensitive information, applying customer happiness practices, and maintaining working knowledge of client products and services.

Requirements:
  • Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is a must
  • Experience providing support via live chats
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
