Customer Experience Associate Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the effective management of sales force automation and lead management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle CX Cloud modules to enhance sales force automation and lead management processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales force automation and lead management, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Oracle CX Cloud technologies, including Sales Force Automation and Lead Management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
