Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, configure, maintain and continuously improve company-wide tools to support scalable operations, including user enablement and documentation.
  • Workflow Streamlining & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.
  • Performance Insights & Reporting
    • Conduct analysis and maintain dashboards to provide performance insights, track KPIs and support operational decision-making.
  • Change Management & Project Execution
    • Assist with change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation and process optimization.
  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement
    • Contribute to internal and external audits, support reviews on the application of operational standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
