Job Overview

This position entails being the driving force behind our team's Scrum methodology implementation. Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews, while identifying and resolving system roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach the team in Agile principles for Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service systems.
  • Plan and conduct Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Serve as a leader by identifying project roadblocks and collaborating with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges.
  • Encourage self-organization within the team, particularly in managing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Mentor team members on agile best practices and empower them to take initiative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment with enterprise systems experience.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams.
  • Proficiency with agile project management software like Azure DevOps or Jira.
