Job Title: Marketplace Operations Specialist

Are you a meticulous and organized individual with a passion for driving business success? We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and visibility of product listings on various marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management:
    • Monitor and manage listings to identify and address health issues efficiently.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve listing health issues and ensure smooth relisting processes.
    • Work with creative and SEO teams to acquire approved content, including listing photos, enhanced brand content, brand stories, video content, and storefronts.
    • Troubleshoot publishing issues and communicate effectively among involved parties.
    • Manage seasonal content timelines to optimize product visibility.
  • Catalog Management:
    • Oversee product catalog management on marketplaces, ensuring accurate and current product information.
    • Update product attributes, categories, and create variations using channel manager tools.
    • Ensure correct categorization for optimal search and browsing experiences.
    • Create product variations to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Listing Troubleshooting:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing strategies.
    • Handle listing issues, including suppressed listings and content errors, to minimize losses.
    • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating risks.
  • Project Management:
    • Prioritize tasks and update progress using project management tools.
  • Account Audit:
    • Perform regular audits to ensure listings are active and accurate, monitor account health, and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or similar marketplaces.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Monday.com is preferred.
  • Experience with Channel Advisor/Rithum is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
