Senior Customer Experience Representative
Job Description:This role involves delivering exceptional customer service through personalized and professional interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and taking ownership of high-impact or sensitive customer escalations.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess fluency in English written skills, experience with help desk platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas on an ongoing basis to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness. You will also assist in filling and maintaining important trackers and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required; post-secondary education preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, or a similar type of role
- Experience or knowledge of the e-commerce and/or retail space is highly preferred
