Remote Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer support agent to join our team. As a remote customer support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, efficient support.
  • Stay informed about product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
