Job Overview

A solution advisor position involves working closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges using SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

The role includes:

  • Deal support during discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations.
  • Delivering software demonstrations that communicate SAP's value proposition.
  • Participating in marketing events, Design Thinking sessions, and collaborating with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.

This is a customer-facing career path that requires functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle.

Program Details

You will participate in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues from around the world to acquire business, industry, and SAP solution skills.

  • Successfully complete a 10-month program that strengthens your foundation for a successful customer-facing career.
  • Receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor, gaining real-world experience with customers.

After successful completion, you are expected to lead customer discovery sessions, conduct surveys, create and deliver high-impact software demonstrations, and provide demand generation support through marketing events and deal execution support.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
  • Technical and business process knowledge with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Cooperative and productive approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics.
  • Resilient mindset, embracing challenges and striving for growth.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
  • Proficiency in English to engage with our global network.
