Highly skilled professionals with experience in leading application design are sought to spearhead large-scale projects. Strong technical expertise in HVAC and chiller control systems, building management systems, and power monitoring systems is required to drive innovation and excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary technical information for the Application and Engineering teams.
  • Provide expert guidance and lead technical discussions with customers, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Evaluate and validate technical choices to guarantee alignment with design requirements.

This position requires a seasoned technical professional with 10 years of experience in their field and 5 years of leading technical projects or as a Solution Application Engineer. Proven ability to lead agile functional and remote technical teams is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in another language is highly valued.

Key qualifications include:

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Effective communication skills in both oral and written form
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in another language is valuable
  • 5 years of experience leading technical projects or as Solution Application Engineer for international customer projects
  • 10 years of experience in your technical field (HVAC and chiller control systems, BMS, Power monitoring systems)
  • Knowledge of data center and/or mission-critical facilities design, operation, and maintenance
  • Proven ability to lead agile functional and remote technical teams
  • Able to work under pressure with tight schedules
  • Able to communicate complex technical issues/topics concisely and effectively
