Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Consultant. This individual will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs. They will conduct detailed assessments and analyses of client systems and infrastructure, presenting and explaining technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client business requirements and technical needs
  • Conduct detailed assessments and analyses of client systems and infrastructure
  • Presents and explains technical solutions
  • Designs and develops customized technical solutions
  • Plans and manages the implementation of technology solutions
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors
  • Provides ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical issues
  • Develops and delivers training sessions
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and relevant certifications. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical consulting role is required.
