We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team in APAC. As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with Sales and Partner Teams across the region to ensure successful sales closures through technical demonstrations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical demonstrations to customers and resolving technical queries.
  • Developing technical solutions (SaaS software) and delivering compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations, including planning and organization.
  • Working with multiple products focused on business functions from Zoho.
  • Responding to RFIs through the ticketing system.
  • Collaborating with the Product and Technical Teams to relay client feedback on product requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor and product landscapes.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions, both online and offline.
  • Collaborating with product teams to maintain and enhance product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field of study. Residing in NCR/Manila is essential as this role requires visiting customers when needed.

Prior experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Product Specialist, or Solution Engineer in a cloud-based B2B PaaS, IaaS, or SaaS environment is preferred, but fresh graduates or individuals transitioning from another industry with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

You will need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field of studies.
  • Residing in NCR/Manila is a must as this role needs you to visit customers when needed.
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, and strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Sales/ Marketing), collaboration tools, and/or finance and accounting domains.
  • Willingness to travel for business-related activities when required.
  • Familiarity with leading CRM technologies or similar business software is advantageous.
  • Effectively bilingual in business-level English and at least 1 local language for effective communication with local stakeholders.
