Employee Relations Expert

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Expert to join our HR team at FedEx. As a key advisor to management and employees, you will provide guidance on employment law, labor relations, and conflict resolution.
This role requires a deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on employment law, labor relations, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a positive work environment
- Maintain expertise in labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements
Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent in Law, Labor Relations, or related field.
Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in employment law, preferably in a senior advisory role.
