Full-time ad creative manager sought to lead performance-driven advertising efforts. This role involves managing a team of video editors, developing creative strategies, and overseeing ad content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of three video editors to deliver high-performing ad creatives.
  • Develop creative strategies, angles, and concepts for video ads tailored to direct-to-consumer physical products.
  • Direct and oversee user-generated content, scripting, editing, and creative testing at a fast pace.
  • Create and edit video ad content when necessary.
  • Monitor performance metrics (click-through rate, hook/hold rates, conversion value ratio) to inform creative decisions.
  • Serve as the main communication bridge with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content meets platform compliance and brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing a creative team.
  • Strong video editing skills (hands-on proficiency).
  • Track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer performance creative for physical products on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CapCut and ClickUp.
  • Experience in Home & Living, Beauty/Fashion, Pets, and Fitness.
  • Ability to work in overlap with Canadian time.
