Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and drive real business results through multi-channel campaigns. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and events.

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate tasks across internal teams, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Build, test, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales goals.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, social content, email copy, and creative briefs.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, share actionable insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Support webinar production, event promotion, and other demand generation initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events, etc.).
  • Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with webinars, landing pages, and basic CRM management.
