Job Overview

As a creative designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and effective advertisements that drive key performance metrics.

This role requires a deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance, including knowledge of metrics and testing methodologies.

Working closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives, you will analyze creative proposals and briefs to determine creative requirements, gather missing information from stakeholders to better define project needs, conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs, and prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.

  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Figma and Frame.io would be ideal
  • A deep understanding of paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
