Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to drive business process improvements and efficiency across the organization by leading requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of solution designs with enterprise architecture standards, and developing complex data models to monitor KPIs.

This position requires a deep understanding of business process documentation using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Additionally, strong project management and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and priorities
  • Ensure alignment of solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and project performance
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates in clear and compelling formats to facilitate decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Financial Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience with business process documentation
  • Basic understanding of business process documentation using BPMN
  • Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Independent and collaborative problem-solving
