About the Role

As a Network and Systems Engineer, you will drive technical projects from start to finish. You will design secure infrastructure, work directly with clients, and thrive in a fast-moving, client-first environment.

Success in this role requires sharp technical skills, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement and integrity.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with coworkers, vendors, and clients via phone and email to design and implement diverse technical engineering projects.
  • Build and administer networks, firewalls, and wireless networks.
  • Perform migrations and manage complex administrative tasks.
  • Take full ownership of issues, projects, or architectural designs from start to finish.
  • Adjust work hours as needed for project activities scheduled during evenings or weekends.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator.
  • Prior MSP experience and comfort working with multiple clients.
  • Experience configuring firewalls, switches, and servers (WatchGuard and Fortinet preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate enterprise-level understanding of change control processes, proper documentation standards, and effective communication practices.
