Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our clinical support team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that every contact with our members and providers is informative, productive, and positive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the intake of members or admission/discharge information post-notification
  • Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
  • Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification, and census roles
  • Provide appropriate triage and care coordination notification cases for non-clinical assessment/intervention
  • Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a high-volume, customer service environment.

You must also be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours.
