Job Description

We need a highly skilled Project Coordinator to start immediately, who will coordinate projects within our client portal, assist in developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans, communicate with team members to complete projects and address client requests, engage daily with clients and prospects through various social media platforms, identify and implement system improvements and standard operating procedures, contribute to our team culture and overall success, prospect and contact potential customers, conduct quality control for deliverables, create websites for property listings or projects, prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role, excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems, exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, ability to work flexible hours, familiarity with tools like Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent platforms, experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms, knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar), and a tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-driven attitude.
