The role of a Customer Acquisition Representative is pivotal in driving business growth by establishing connections with potential clients, generating interest, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
- Accurately documenting information into our system
- Promoting the company's image during interactions with contacts
- Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the organization
- Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
- Participating in process-improvement initiatives
- A minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role
- Exceptional listening and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Designated professional workspace
- Availability to work night shifts
