The Quality Assurance Specialist will safeguard the quality and integrity of client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data by developing and enforcing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), executing data quality programs, conducting audits to international standards, and ensuring feedback mechanisms are maintained with integrity.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop and publish SOPs annually for key processes to support the Operations team in preventing errors and omissions
  • Update and revise published SOPs annually or as needed to ensure they remain relevant and reflect current processes
  • Lead data quality projects, initiating cleanup efforts within six months and resolving identified issues
  • Ensure 100% of eligible Zendesk tickets have CSAT surveys sent and maintain zero instances of improper 'csat_no' tag usage through monthly audits
  • Perform high-quality internal audits within 12 months, adhering to international standards, with clearly defined testing parameters, control evaluations, and documented findings

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. They should also be proficient in developing and implementing quality control audit plans, identifying testing parameters, evaluating service stages, and developing Standards of Procedures (SOPs). A thorough understanding of IFRS, Singapore FRS, Singapore Companies Act, Singapore Income Tax Act, and Goods and Services Tax Act is required.
