Quality Assurance Lead

The role of the Quality Assurance Lead is to oversee and coordinate all quality-related processes within our organization. This includes leading and supporting the development of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 13485 and ISO 9001. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Quality Management System
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Monitor and maintain quality records and metrics
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant qualification in a field such as quality management or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience in a quality-related role
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
